Sydney Aged Care Singer
I’ve always enjoyed giving recitals as a Sydney aged care singer and have provided hour-long programs for several Sydney nursing homes such as Anglicare Brian King Gardens, Bupa Aged Care Dural, Abel Tasman Village and Uniting Aldersgate Lilyfield. In 2019 I was one of 18 artists selected to perform for aged care as part of “The Autumn Sessions” initiative funded by Community Music Project, Music NSW and the Inner West Council. I make sure to include an array of styles to keep audiences engaged including opera, classical songs, the Golden Age of Hollywood musical theatre, cabaret, and other easy listening covers of more contemporary repertoire. I use orchestral backing tracks and have my own battery-powered PA system, microphone and music stand which makes set-up quick and easy as a Sydney aged care singer. I enjoy traversing many cultures and eras as well, singing in Italian, German, French and English across different time periods in musical history. Along with my set I also enjoy giving quiz questions pertaining to each song or aria which keeps audiences engaged and having fun. I’m open to requests and would love to put on a show for your residents! If you would like a Sydney aged care singer, feel free to make an enquiry about any tunes you’d like sung for your concert.
